Liliʻuokalani Trust: Pāʻina Hoaloha
Experiential Marketing Launch Campaign
The Big Picture
Following the press conference, 6 Pillars Marketing (6PM) produced the Liliʻuokalani Center Pāʻina Hoaloha Launch Celebration for Liliʻuokalani Trust. The event featured premium food and beverage offerings, an impressive VIP guest list, and an exclusive performance by world-renowned singer and Tony-award-winning actress, Nicole Scherzinger. The experience celebrated the grand opening of the 97,000-square-foot Liliʻuokalani Center, a new gathering space for Native Hawaiian youth ages 12 to 24.
The Menu
The Pāʻina Hoaloha celebration boasted a diverse selection of live-service culinary stations from standout local food vendors, including Sam Choy, Mana + Pua, Superb Sushi, and Fig & Ginger. Guests enjoyed a fresh poke and seafood station, a handcrafted sushi bar, and other elevated local favorites. Throughout the evening, 6PM brand ambassadors provided attentive hospitality, serving custom libations and ensuring a seamless event experience.




The Performance
Guests were treated to powerful performances by Nicole Scherzinger and Mike Tulba. Nicole opened with an acoustic version of her hit single Stickwitu, followed by a duet with Mike featuring classic Hawaiian songs. Together, they performed Kuʻu Home O Kahaluʻu, a bittersweet ballad reflecting on the emotions of returning home, and Kū Haʻaheo E Kuʻu Hawaiʻi, a modern mele symbolizing unity and strength in the face of adversity. Through their performances, Nicole and Mike expressed what their home and community mean to them, emphasizing the importance of keeping the Hawaiian Spirit strong for our keiki.




The Collateral
To ensure a smooth guest experience, 6PM also led the production of all relevant signage, including wayfinder signs, name tags, table signs, and menus for each vendor’s food station. A special set-course menu was also prepared for Nicole and her friends and family.





Conclusion
This truly special event has since received glowing reviews from many of its eventgoers, including Nicole herself. It was an impactful and memorable way to celebrate the launch of Liliʻuokalani Center on behalf of the Trust, whose mission is to provide opportunities to Native Hawaiian keiki in need. 6 Pillars Marketing was honored to play our part in this milestone experience.
