OVERVIEW

With an amazing opportunity to benefit the community, 6 Pillars Marketing (6PM) was pleased to partner with CVS Longs Drugs in 2025 to coordinate and advertise eight vaccination clinics across numerous stores on O’ahu and the neighboring islands. From the initial planning phase to execution, 6PM worked with CVS Longs Drugs, various news outlets, radio stations, and our brand ambassadors to create an effective marketing and social media campaign. We were also proud to partner with Spectrum, which assisted with production, planning, and signage, and with HMSA, whose presence was invaluable for setup, breakdown, and check-ins.

STRATEGY

To produce professional and seamlessly executed vaccination clinics at several Longs Drugs stores across the islands, an impeccable strategy was needed to ensure everything went off without a hitch. To this end, our experienced 6PM team worked tirelessly to produce unique floor plans for each venue, managed budgets for each clinic, and coordinated setup and breakdown. We also worked with CVS Longs Drugs staff and hosted event briefings at which time our strategy was conveyed.  On the day of each event, we also coordinated transportation for our brand ambassadors and volunteers. Set up and breakdown were handled by our team, as was managing the flow of traffic for parking throughout the event. Additionally, to drum up incremental participation, live content was captured for social media during each clinic.

MARKETING CAMPAIGN

A comprehensive marketing strategy was also utilized to garner attention and support for these important events. Our team coordinated with radio stations at Pacific Media Group and Summit Media to create radio scripts and schedule ads to run across multiple targeted radio stations. For the various shopping centers we manage, such as Town Center of Mililani, Windward Mall, and Maui Mall Village, we also provided social media support in order to raise awareness of each event. This support included Story posts, Reels, and collaboration posts to boost visibility and impressions.

TAKEAWAY

It was truly an honor to be a driving force for this vital campaign. As a locally-rooted marketing agency, the health of our ʻohana, keiki, and kūpuna is so important to us here at 6PM, and we couldn’t be more proud of the work our team accomplished on behalf of our client. 

We were blown away by the turnout for the clinics, with attendance far exceeding last year’s results! From the drafting of countless floor plans to the breakdown on the final day, our team worked tirelessly to produce an event that will benefit the health of our local communities for years to come.
