Opened in 1927 and affectionately known as the “Pink Palace of the Pacific,” The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort, is a haven of timeless luxury. After a multimillion-dollar redesign, The Royal Hawaiian Hotel provided 6 Pillars Marketing with the honor of producing its official launch and grand reopening.

6PM went straight to work on the “Pink is the new Fabulous” gala in the historic Monarch Room. As the highlight of the launch campaign, the gala concert marked the completion of the historic hotel’s highly anticipated renovation. 6PM was responsible for securing national talent, acclaimed jazz musician Chris Botti and his six-piece band. 

6PM managed all aspects of stage lighting and sound, travel accommodations for the band, sound checks, event publicity and overall stage management for the grand reopening show. Our team also handled publicity and assisted celebrities on the red carpet. During the relaunch, our public relations team pitched to and coordinated with news media to gain wide exposure for the successful renovation and grand reopening of the iconic Royal Hawaiian Hotel.
